Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ph365link platform. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph365link. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service on the ph365link platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the ph365link platform. These terms apply to all users in the Philippines and are governed by applicable Philippine law.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ph365link website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Services") operated by ph365link ("we," "us," or "our").
1.2 By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using the ph365link platform in any capacity, you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.
1.4 ph365link reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavor to notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the ph365link platform. This requirement is in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. ph365link strictly prohibits access by minors and will take all reasonable steps to verify user age during the registration and KYC process.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The ph365link platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. ph365link makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using gambling or gaming services.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive are not eligible to use ph365link. If you have previously self-excluded and attempt to register, ph365link reserves the right to close your account and return any deposited funds.
21+ Requirement: ph365link is strictly for players aged 21 and above. This is a non-negotiable requirement under PAGCOR guidelines. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately suspended and all funds returned.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ph365link platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. ph365link reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or bonuses.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). ph365link is required to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide any documentation requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ph365link will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.5 Notification of Breach. You must notify ph365link immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security. Contact our support team via live chat available 24/7 through your account dashboard.
3.6 Account Ownership. ph365link accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph365link accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at ph365link's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. ph365link reserves the right to void any winnings and return deposits made from third-party sources.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with ph365link's standard processing schedule. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any applicable verification requirements.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. ph365link reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on the ph365link platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
5.1 ph365link may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds.
5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method. ph365link reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void associated winnings if abuse is detected.
5.4 ph365link reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, ph365link's decision shall be final.
6.1 All games available on the ph365link platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ph365link will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. ph365link reserves the right to void bets or game rounds affected by technical errors. ph365link shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Game Integrity. All random number generators (RNGs) used in ph365link's games are regularly audited for fairness and randomness. Results are determined by certified RNG systems and cannot be influenced by ph365link or any player.
6.4 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by ph365link at any time.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph365link platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
7.2 ph365link employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and PAGCOR in investigating suspected illegal activity.
8.1 All content on the ph365link platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of ph365link or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ph365link platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph365link content without prior written consent.
9.1 ph365link collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph365link platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.
9.2 ph365link implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
9.3 ph365link may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in compliance with applicable law. Such disclosures will be made only to the extent required by law.
10.1 ph365link is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gaming activity.
10.2 If you believe your gaming has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tools or contact our support team. You may also seek assistance from PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources.
10.3 ph365link reserves the right to impose account restrictions or initiate a mandatory cooling-off period if we identify patterns of play that suggest a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph365link, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 ph365link's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph365link account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 ph365link does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your ph365link account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.2 Termination by ph365link. ph365link reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory directive.
12.3 Upon termination for cause, ph365link reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, ph365link may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to ph365link's internal dispute resolution process. You may contact our support team to initiate a formal complaint. ph365link will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to PAGCOR or the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any such regulatory process.
14.1 ph365link reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
14.2 Where changes are material, ph365link will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the ph365link platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
